HIGHLIGHTS:

• Meet with each couple 4-6 weeks before ceremony

• Create/review timeline for the day

• Contact your vendors and confirm

• Organize/run rehearsal (if needed)

• Coordinate set up/decor on day of wedding

• Keep everyone on schedule during the day

• Ensure everyone is in place for the ceremony

• Coordinate clean up/teardown at end of night
